Honoring the character of the rare first-growth Douglas fir reclaimed from century-old razed buildings, our renowned artisan hand-planes smooth each plank to create our platform bed. He’s uniquely designed it with an eight- inch bordering platform on three sides to keep books and other night time necessities within easy reach. A solid platform bottom replaces traditional box springs. Headboard height is 42". Made in USA. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
